Campaign mission

The LFG impact campaign seeks to increase awareness, understanding, and collective action amongst women and allies in the fight for equal pay. When We Value Women, we are valuing young girls and women’s time, talent, and contribution inside and outside of sports, at every stage of a woman’s life.

Female athletes face discrepancies in support, funding, and resources throughout their lives and athletic careers. The fight for equal pay is an integral part of the conversation around women’s human rights, and impacts women of colour disproportionately. When We Value Women, we are treating them equally regardless of race, sexuality, class, or any other type of difference.
